UBER I Travel Credit

UBER offers a special concession in a next-time booking of any Host cancellation of qualifying reservation in first-time booking from the Guest side. This Offer is for a limited period only. Any redeem request is required on or before the expiration date. UBER to only issue one such Offer and is it termed as “Travel Credit”.

With the use of Travel Credit, the cost spent on the next booking gets reduced. In case of unused Travel Credit in the next booking, you may access the UBER I Platform and renew the activation of Travel Credit easily. The refund of the amount or travel credit of the unused portion is credited based on: Host cancellation policy, amount you spent for canceling.

Since the Travel Credits are the property of the UBER I Platform. We do not sell them. Travel credits are completely non-refundable and non-transferrable. No integration of travel credit coupons with other offers or discounts. The items you pay if you wish to redeem your credit are as follows:

• Tax for stay collected
• Prevention Charge of property damage

Eligibility Criteria

On observing any reversal of amounts charged during the cancellation of the qualifying reservation, the UBER Platform has all the rights to reject, update its Travel Credit policy accordingly as it sees fit to the situation. As per the updated policy, the eligibility criteria is the absence of any charge dispute and after 60 days.

Update on Travel Credit Policy

Without giving any intimation, UBER has all rights to update this policy at any time. As per the effective date, We describe such updated terms in the following platforms: website, mobile apps and services. The usage of Travel Credit is subject to updated Terms and Conditions.
